Our initiative, The ZAM DriveForward Initiative 2024, is dedicated to providing driving education to those who face barriers due to financial constraints and other challenges. We believe that empowering these young individuals with the skills and knowledge to obtain their driver's license will be a head start in opening doors to countless opportunities, significantly shaping their futures, their communities and family environments. Our goal as the ZAM Foundation is to assist at least 15 beneficiaries in 2024.
If you hold a learner’s licence you are allowed to drive only when you are supervised by a licensed driver. If the category of vehicle you are driving requires a professional driving permit, the licensed driver must also hold a professional driving permit. A learner’s licence is a permit that proves that you have basic knowledge of a motor vehicle and the rules of the road. The learner’s licence is valid for 24 months and cannot be extended.

" I do not pretend to give such a deed; I only lend it to you. When you [...] meet with another honest Man in similar Distress, you must pay me by lending this Sum to him; enjoining him to discharge the Debt by a like operation, when he shall be able, and shall meet with another opportunity. I hope it may thus go thro' many hands, before it meets with a Knave that will stop its Progress. This is a trick of mine for doing a deal of good with a little money. - Benjamin Franklin (25 April 1784). "
